Chinese Orchestras in Schools

Training & Consultancy

TENG offers consultancy and training to Chinese orchestras in schools as part of its efforts to groom the next generation of Chinese musicians. Led by award-winning musician and orchestra conductor Yang Ji Wei, alongside music instructors experienced with teaching young people, Chinese orchestras trained by TENG have consistently clinched Distinctions at the Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation organised by the Ministry of Education, Singapore.

Schools we have trained include Elias Park Primary School, Catholic High School (Primary), Rosyth School, Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road), Raffles Institution (Year 1–6), Raffles Girls School and Maha Bodhi School, among others.
