Posting of Results and Certificates

The results and certificates will be posted to candidates by Singpost Local Tracked Mail Service from 2 January 2024 to 26 January 2024.

Singapore Residents

For candidates residing in Singapore, an additional postage fee of S$5.00 will apply. The registration form will only be processed upon full payment of the Examination fees and postage fee.

Candidates Residing Overseas

For candidates residing overseas, an additional postage fee of S$15.00 will apply. The registration form will only be processed upon full payment of the Examination fees and postage fee.

Bulk Posting of Results and Certificates

Schools and instructors may request for bulk posting of the results and certificates. Candidates should check with their school or instructor before submitting the registration. Please email grading@thetengcompany.com for enquiries.

(Please note that no notifications will be sent out for the posting of results and certificates.)

Review of Results / Re-examination

There is NO review of results and NO re-examination. Examiners’ decision is final.

Reprints of Certificates

Candidates are to ensure that all particulars are provided correctly when registering for the Examinations. Candidates will also be given confirmation slips to verify that all particulars are correct when receiving the Examination’s notification letter. There will be a fee of $20.00 for each certificate reprint.
